Survivor Speakers Bureau Training
Join us for the first session in a two-part storytelling series featuring two powerful voices: Tracey Matheson, founder of Project Beloved and advocate for change following the loss of her daughter, and Rev. Dr. Alyce McKenzie, United Methodist clergywoman and professor of theology at SMU who has taught effective storytelling and communication for over two decades.
Learn how to share your story using a specific, impactful storytelling format that helps you balance honesty with hope, connect deeply with your audience, and inspire healing and change.
The session concludes with an interactive storytelling exercise led by Maggie Bego, DARCC Director of Education, to help you develop confidence and clarity in your message.
This training is open to all current and prospective Survivor Speakers Bureau members.
