Donor Relations and Events Manager
This dynamic role will manage all aspects of donor relations. The Donor Relations and Events Manager, in conjunction with the CEO, will activate a plan to meet or exceed annual fundraising goals including major gifts, mid-level gifts, recurring gifts, direct response campaigns, special events, and grant funding. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on strategist and leader with proven success in donor engagement, managing events and departmental administration, and building community awareness of the agency’s programs and advancing the agency’s mission.
Bilingual Post-Graduate Counseling Fellow
The Fellowship Program is generally two to three years, subject to periodic review of the fellow by supervisory staff. The continuance of the fellow at any point in the program is at the discretion of the organization. The Post-Graduate Counseling Fellow position is considered a full-time exempt position in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and requires regular hours and possibly some evenings.
Bilingual Sexual Assault Counselor
The Bilingual Sexual Assault Counselor will provide counseling and advocacy services to survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones. The position is considered full-time exempt in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and requires regular hours and possibly some evenings.
Bilingual Intensive Support Counselor
The Bilingual Intensive Support Counselor at Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center (DARCC) is responsible for delivering specialized therapeutic services to survivors of sexual violence who require more intensive or specialized treatment and support than what can be provided in a standard outpatient setting, but whose condition does not necessitate immediate hospitalization or partial hospitalization for safety or stabilization reasons.
