Off Campus - Episode 8: Proves Healing Is Not a Solo Assignment

Episode 8 is your reminder to stop trying to earn an A in handling everything alone. Hannah finally tells Allie about her assault and worries that their friendship will never feel the same. Allie’s response proves that the right people will not see you as damaged. They will still see all of you.

“Garrett also opens up to his teammates instead of carrying everything by himself. Plot twist, asking for support is not weakness. College can make it seem like everyone else has life figured out, but most people are carrying more than you realize. Letting safe people in does not make you a burden. It means you no longer have to carry everything alone. ”

This week’s final A2A Off Campus Watch Guide unpacks the finale and looks back at the biggest lessons from the season. What is one message from this series that every college student needs to hear? DM us on Instagram @allies2advocates and tell us your take!
